Shipping within New Zealand
We use a variety of shipping providers dependent on where the package is going and what rates are available at the time. We will send you the details of the courier company, tracking number and links so that you can follow the progress of delivery. We expect you package to arrive within 3 - 10 business days.
While our website is currently set up for New Zealand and Australian shipping - we are able to ship to a number of countries around the world. If you are interested in buying our products, please send us an email, saying what you would like, the quantity and your address so we can calculate a shipping cost for you.
We are able to accept overseas payments using credit cards via PAYPAL.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that you don’t like. But if you believe your candle to be faulty in any way we are happy to exchange the product in return for the faulty candle. We take the performance of our candles seriously and like to see where we went wrong, if we went wrong, so we can remedy the situation. Please refer to our FAQ’s, for guidelines and tips on caring for your Mandle or candle.
